Issue #2 May2020 | Art Therapy

It really is a difficult time we are living in not just locally but globally. Together we must find a way to help and build each other up. It is a normal response to feel overwhelmed by emotions being at home self-isolated. Art Therapy is a known therepeutic technique where creative expression can help in coping with stress and emotional healing.

As a way of creating a movement toward Art Therapy during COVID-19, we are pleased to make a collection of Line Art from artists living in India, Sri Lanka, Latvia and Philippines who have submitted their works voluntarily in hopes of creating a booklet of line art where people can download and print for free from our website and use it for therapeutic means to color. - ZIMETRA, 2019.
